Does JETPAY own or operate the car parks?
No. JETPAY Airport Parking acts solely as a booking agent. All parking services are operated by independent car park providers. Your parking contract is directly with the chosen operator.
Which airports do you cover?
We offer parking at major UK airports. Availability depends on location and service type. Options shown during your search reflect real-time availability.
Booking & Payment
How do I make a booking?
Simply enter your airport, travel dates, and times on our website, compare available options, select your preferred service, and complete payment online. You'll receive a booking confirmation by email.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed once:
- Full payment has been made
- You receive a confirmation email with a booking reference number
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards. All payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store card details.
Your payment information is protected with industry-standard encryption and secure payment processing.
I didn't receive my confirmation email – what should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still haven't received it, contact our customer support team immediately so we can resend your confirmation.
Parking Options Explained
What is Meet & Greet parking?
You drive directly to the terminal or a designated drop-off point, hand your car to a trained driver, and walk straight into the airport. Your car is returned to you on arrival. It's the most convenient option for hassle-free parking.
What is Park & Ride?
You park your car at a secure off-site car park and take a shuttle bus to the airport terminal. On return, the shuttle takes you back to your vehicle. This is typically the most affordable option.
What is On-Site Airport Parking?
This is parking located within the airport grounds, often within walking distance or a short transfer from the terminal. It offers maximum convenience with direct access to the airport.
Amendments & Changes
Can I amend my booking?
Some bookings can be amended, subject to availability and operator approval. Amendments are subject to an administration fee of £14.99. Certain discounted or promotional bookings may not be amendable.
How do I request an amendment?
You must contact JETPAY Airport Parking directly by email during office hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm). Amendments are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation.
Cancellations & Refunds
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, unless your booking is marked as non-refundable. All cancellation requests must be made directly to JETPAY Airport Parking by email during office hours.
Is there a cooling-off period?
No. Airport parking bookings are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under UK law.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel?
- Cancellations within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable
- Eligible refunds are subject to a £14.99 administration fee
- Booking fees and optional extras are non-refundable
Please cancel well in advance to be eligible for a refund.
Do you offer cancellation cover?
Cancellation Cover may be offered on selected bookings but is optional and not included as standard. Where purchased, it is subject to specific terms and time limits.
Late Returns & Flight Delays
What happens if my return flight is delayed?
Late return policies vary by operator. Additional charges may apply for extended stays and are payable directly to the car park provider. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected delays.
Will I get a refund if my flight is cancelled?
No. Parking bookings are not refundable due to flight cancellations or airline disruptions. Claims should be made directly with the airline or through your travel insurance.
Vehicle & Arrival Information
How early should I arrive for Meet & Greet?
We recommend arriving 3 to 3.5 hours before your flight departure to allow sufficient time for vehicle handover and airport procedures.
Can I park an oversized vehicle or van?
Some operators charge extra or may refuse oversized vehicles. It is your responsibility to check vehicle size restrictions before booking.
Do I need to leave my keys?
Yes. Most parking services require you to leave your car keys so vehicles can be safely stored or moved if necessary.
Is my car insured while parked?
Operator insurance usually covers road risk only while moving vehicles. Storage-related damage is normally covered by your own vehicle insurance unless operator negligence is proven.
We recommend checking your vehicle insurance policy covers you while your car is parked at an airport car park.
Damage, Complaints & Support
What should I do if my car is damaged?
Any damage must be:
- Reported immediately before leaving the car park
- Noted with the operator
- Supported by photographs if possible
Claims made after leaving the site may be rejected.
